Looks of the Fruit: Round shaped like a watermelon but outside is black and is tough like rubber. Taste Horrible
Granted Abilities:The Wheel Wheel fruit grants the ability to grow wheel out of any part of the users body. Also they can rotate at extreme speeds allowing the user to accellerate very fast. It can reach up to 100 miles per hour. But the weakness is that the user can only go so fast in a limited amount of time at full speed it can only last 30 seconds and it takes about 3 minutes to recharge. Safely without causing the user to go into a weakened state it can go up to 20 mph.
How It Was Obtained:While of the trip with the old man Zee having a keen eye for uniqueness found the fruit in the ruins of a old house. The old man said it must have been a fruit sent from heaven to feed him. But when he found out he couldn't swim it was like a fruit from hell.
RP Sample:Zee was rolling around a village at a slow pace looking for interesting things to steal. He saw a large chest on a docked ship oddly it perked his interest. But his intuition was rarely wrong. He accelerated jumping off the ground doing a flip and landing neatly on the ship. He stared and rolled around it like a shark. He smirked then opened it. There was a a gold bracelet inside alone nothing else. He frowned," Well this must be special." He put it on and started to roll off when he heard,"BASTARD THATS MY BRACELET!" He knew it was time to jet. He accelerated and jumped off the ship on the dock speeding around curbs and avoiding people. Practice made this easy even thoe he had not completely mastered it and he felt a feeling boil inside of him. Some men made a blockade in front of him attempting to keep him caged. He took off his glasses and stared at them. The one on the right flinched for a second but he saw it. Accelerating to 60 mph he jumped his wheels burning off the skin on the scared mans nose. He did a flip and also caught the man on the back of the head ripping out a portion of his hair. He screamed and feel to his knees crying in pain. Zee laughed he probably made the man wet his pants. He started to feel the cool breaze through his entire body. Zee felt like he was flying he loved this feeling and looked down at the astonished men bellow. He landed on top of a house and accelerated away. He looked at the bracelet maybe its a lucky bracelet afterall. He jumped onto another house and didn't notice the lady walking right in front of him. He tried to break but he wasn't good at stoping. He made his wheels disapate and he fell face forward. "I guess its not."
